Beachwalk  perfect location! It is now getting developed by  John Kinsey who said it will be open by the fall of 2017. Kinsey said Beachwalk is an upscale neighborhood in St Johns County anchored by what is essentially a 14-acre swimming pool. The enormous Crystal Lagoon has been dug out and is taking shape. Houses will start in the $300,000s and go up from there with several options.  The lagoon and character of the well-designed neighborhood will set Beachwalk apart from any other neighborhood in St Johns County.
